These are some simple iced coffee recipes.
Iced Cafe Latte
- ¼ Cup Ground Coffee
- 2 cups Cold Water
- 14 oz (1 can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Ice Cubes (Ideally Coffee Ice Cubes)
Start by brewing your favorite coffee using the cold water. Once it’s brewed, mix the coffee and the condensed milk in a pitcher or other serving unit. Finally, pour over ice and serve.
Caramel Macchiato Frappe
- 2 tsp Instant Coffee
- 2 tbsp Hot Water
- ⅔ cup Chocolate Milk
- 4 tbsp Caramel topping
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 12 to 14 ice cubes
- Whipped Cream
This delicious drink starts with dissolving the instant coffee into the water. Don’t be deceived by the relatively small amount of water, the flavor will spread throughout the drink. Put all of the ingredients in a blender except for the whipped cream. Set aside about half of the caramel. Process until the beverage takes on a “slushie” like consistency. Serve in two glasses and top with whipped cream. Drizzle with the remaining saved caramel. It’s a fraction of the cost of getting it at a coffee shop too!
